Capturing the spirit of the cowboy, our western heritage, and the cowboy code of ethics. A U.S. Navy Veteran, Brian's passion is capturing people doing what they love to do. He is able to capture the emotional flavor of the moment; sometimes dramatic, yet simple and detailed.

As a PRCA Photographer, Brian knows the excitement is incredible but it's the little things around the arena that really show the life of western heritage and spirit. Boots, spurs, ropes, chaps, and barbed wire example this rugged, spiritual, compassionate lifestyle.

Brian also photographs the Central Rocky Mountain Region college rodeos and is a coach for the United States Air Force Academy Rodeo Team. In his free time Brian rides and ropes with his paint horse. He spends time with team ropers, ranchers, and rough stock cowboys.

Brian grew up on a beef cattle and grain farm in rural Indiana. He learned photography through 4-H photography projects and mentoring from professional photographers in the local area. Brian's kids were in the 4-H photography project and would spend hours around the kitchen table with photographs spread about so they could select the very best for exhibit at the county fair.
